The Bead Orchard reserves the right to amend and or remove the content of this website at any time and without prior notice. This includes prices and postage.

If an item is out of stock, because two people attempt to purchase an item at the same time, I will let you know as soon as possible, and give a full refund with my apologies should this happen.

Ordering

No contract of sale between The Bead Orchard and the customer exists until full payment via Paypal has been accepted and the funds have cleared. If there is any problem with your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible.

 Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days. Please contact me straight away. As long as the item is returned in a re-saleable condition then I will offer you a full refund. Please package the item carefully and use a ‘signed for’ shipment method, as I do when sending it to you.

Damaged goods

Goods are carefully packaged in order that they should arrive in perfect condition. However, if the item is damaged in transit, please return it and your money will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the damaged item for inspection. Please use a 'signed for' shipment method and contact me first.

Intellectual property rights

The hand made jewelry on these pages remains the intellectual property of Barbara Spong. Any attempt to resell these items giving false credit to another maker would constitute a breach under national and international property right laws.
